Project
I developed and launched a brand awareness campaign to reposition The Hub Workspace as a premium, flexible environment for freelancers, small teams and growing businesses. The aim was to clearly communicate the full offer – hot desks, meeting rooms, conference space and on-site café – while building visibility and traffic in the local area.
The creative concept centred around the idea that big ideas start somewhere. Using playful but professional visuals featuring children and a dog in corporate-style settings, I created scroll-stopping content designed to break the typical workspace advertising mould. The humour attracted attention, but the copy remained clear and grounded, always reinforcing what The Hub actually offers and who it is for.
I built a consistent messaging framework across Instagram and Facebook that combined awareness-led captions with strong calls to action, directing users to a dedicated campaign landing page. Each piece of content balanced creativity with clarity, ensuring the brand felt distinctive without becoming confusing.
Alongside the organic rollout, I structured and launched a Meta awareness campaign optimised for reach and traffic. The goal was to introduce The Hub to new local audiences, build engaged website visitors and create warm retargeting pools for future conversion campaigns. Multiple variations of primary text, headlines and descriptions were tested to refine the balance between clarity and personality.
The campaign was supported by a landing page aligned with the creative direction and focused on clearly explaining the workspace, its flexibility and its benefits. This ensured message continuity from ad to booking enquiry.
This project demonstrates my ability to develop a creative concept from strategy through to execution, align organic and paid social within a structured funnel, and reposition a local business through distinctive brand-led marketing while maintaining commercial focus.
