I led the end-to-end strategy, creative direction and execution of The Hub’s 2025 Christmas campaign, building a multi-stage digital funnel designed to maximise anticipation, capture leads and convert bookings.
The campaign included:
A dedicated Christmas landing page built in Genie, aligned with The Hub’s brand voice and Gen Z-led tone
A pre-registration early bird waiting list to drive urgency and exclusivity
Automated email and SMS sequences for early access, reminders and timed booking windows
A structured tiered launch strategy – early bird release, CNPG parent rollout and general public opening
Time-sensitive discount codes to increase conversion velocity
Post-booking workflows for preorder forms, corrections and engagement
Alongside the funnel, I ran a strong and consistent social media campaign across Instagram, Facebook and email touchpoints to build momentum. This included teaser content, urgency-led posts, countdown messaging, launch announcements and conversion-driven captions to drive traffic directly to the booking funnel.
The result:
Over 500 sign-ups to the Christmas waiting list – the highest response the business has achieved
Significant early booking momentum before general sale
High engagement across email, SMS and social
A repeatable seasonal campaign model for future launches
