The Hub Workspace - Website Strategy & Build

I redesigned and rebuilt the Workspace landing page to reposition The Hub as a premium, flexible workspace for freelancers, startups and small teams. The goal was to move beyond a simple facilities page and create a brand-led, conversion-focused experience that clearly communicates identity, value and audience.

The original approach focused largely on listing rooms and desks. I shifted the messaging to speak directly to specific user types, highlighting productivity, flexibility and professionalism rather than simply describing physical spaces. Each section was rewritten to explain who the workspace is for and why it matters, making the page persuasive rather than purely informational.

I structured the content to guide visitors through a clear journey. The page opens with a strong brand statement, then defines the target audience, introduces the different workspace options, reinforces supporting features such as meeting rooms and café access, and concludes with testimonials and clear calls to action. This intentional flow ensures visitors understand the offer before being asked to enquire or book.

Visually, I elevated the design through clean spacing, modern imagery and stronger visual hierarchy. The aim was to create a more premium, aspirational feel that reflects the quality of the space and differentiates it from standard co-working websites.

Compared to a more functional workspace site that focuses primarily on listing facilities, my version takes a strategic positioning approach. While the alternative presents information clearly, it relies more heavily on feature-based messaging and shorter content sections. My approach strengthens brand identity, audience clarity and persuasive depth, resulting in a page designed not just to inform, but to convert.
